By using the Converso WhatsApp API (or integrating Meta’s WhatsApp Business API via Converso Empire’s platform):
  1. You must obtain explicit opt‑in consent from recipients before sending outbound messages. Recipient opt‑in must be clear, auditable, and compliant with applicable laws (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  2. You must comply with WhatsApp Business Policy and Meta’s Terms, including:
    • Sending only pre‑approved message templates for business‑initiated notifications.
    • Using approved opt‑in processes.
    • Providing recipients with mechanisms to opt out of messaging.
  3. All API users must comply with applicable local, national, and international laws governing data protection, communications, anti‑spam, and privacy.
  4. You must maintain your own publicly accessible privacy policy, which governs how you collect, use, and store personal data processed via the API.

Users agree to:
  • Use the API and documentation solely for lawful, authorized purposes.

Your sole remedy for dissatisfaction with the service is to discontinue use.
